Brief Interlude

Stephanie and I returned from our jaunt to China safe and sound. It was a great trip and the full story along with pictures will be forthcoming. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings - turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie - a day early and then enjoyed a nice french toast breakfast before we headed out.

Now that we're back and December is upon us, we're finishing up the Thanksgiving leftovers and gearing up for the Christmas season. Lots to look forward to with the Christmas tree, Christmas goodies, and of course, the gingerbread house!

Work is very busy compared to last year and WikiLeaks doesn't make diplomacy any easier - but I think that for anyone reading the news that goes without saying. That's about it for now, but I'm hoping to have the China Chronicles up by the weekend.
